Legal Process

In real estate disputes, title records, lease agreements, and related documents are first examined. Law No. 7445 introduced mandatory mediation for lease disputes as well. If no settlement is reached in mediation, lawsuits are filed at civil courts of peace or general civil courts. Sending a legally compliant notice is critically important in eviction proceedings.
