Legal Process

In labor law disputes, a mandatory mediation application must first be filed under Law No. 7036. If no agreement is reached during mediation, a lawsuit is filed at the labor court with the non-agreement report. Severance pay is calculated based on gross salary and length of service. For reinstatement cases, mediation must be applied for within 1 month of the termination notice.
