Overview

We provide services in all areas of criminal law under the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 (TPC) and the Code of Criminal Procedure No. 5271 (CCP). From investigation to finalization, we serve as defense counsel for suspects/defendants and as attorneys for complainants/victims. Our services include right to counsel during detention and arrest (CCP Art.149-156), statement and interrogation procedures, defense during prosecution, appeal applications (CCP Art.272-285) and cassation appeals (CCP Art.286-307), deferred sentencing, deferred announcement of judgment (HAGB — CCP Art.231), and reconciliation proceedings.

Legal Process

During the investigation phase, we protect our client's rights by participating in statement-taking and interrogation. In detention and arrest situations, we immediately step in as defense counsel. During prosecution, we develop effective defense strategies and manage the trial process. When appeal is necessary, we effectively utilize appeal and cassation remedies.
