Legal Process

In consumer disputes, the obligation to apply to the consumer arbitration committee depends on the monetary threshold in force on the application date. Since this threshold is updated annually, it should be verified through the Ministry of Trade and Official Gazette. Disputes exceeding the threshold and objections to committee decisions are brought before the competent court.
