Our services include limited and joint-stock company formation, articles of association preparation, general assembly and board resolutions, partnership withdrawal/expulsion suits (TCC Art.638-640), unfair competition cases (TCC Art.54-63), evidentiary value of commercial books (TCC Art.222), invoice objections (TCC Art.21/2, 8-day period), current account disputes, concordat and bankruptcy proceedings.

Legal Process

In commercial disputes, we start with the mandatory mediation process under the relevant legislation, prioritizing negotiation and settlement. Mediation is a litigation prerequisite for certain commercial cases under TCC Art.5/A, and we manage this process effectively. Where no agreement is reached, we proceed with litigation at commercial courts of first instance.
