Mediation

Overview

We serve as a Ministry of Justice certified mediator under the Mediation in Civil Disputes Law No. 6325. We act as an impartial and independent mediator in mandatory mediation for labor disputes (Law No. 7036, Art.3), litigation prerequisite mediation for commercial disputes (TCC Art.5/A), consumer disputes (CPL), lease disputes (Law No. 7445), and voluntary mediation proceedings. The mediation settlement agreement has the force of a court judgment and can be directly enforced (Law 6325, Art.18/2).

Legal Process

In the mediation process, we provide a negotiation environment while maintaining equal distance from the parties. At the initial session, the parties' demands and expectations are heard. Where necessary, private sessions are held to identify common solution points. If an agreement is reached, a settlement document is prepared and presented for the parties' signatures. We assist in obtaining the enforceability annotation.
